On this episode Billy sits down one on one with one of Columbia South Carolina's best promoters, Dave Britt. Billy and Dave go into detail together about the great history of punk, metal, and other historic genres of bands that have have been in the city that they love to serve. Dave has been involved with booking bands at killer festivals and venues since the early to mid 90's. They also spend time giving major shouts to Cory Plaugh, and Todd Brown for their amazing studio work. Dave Currently is one of the major promoters of Columbia's Rosewood Crawfish Festival, and you can get tickets at a shit ton of locations in the Columbia area for the actual event May 1, 2021 at the South Carolina State Fair Grounds. But to be honest the only place you really need to get your tickets is at Danos Pizza in Rosewood...Just sayin!

Halebopp Astronauts is one of the leading punk bands in the South Carolina punk scene. On this episode Billy and Eric sit down with all three of the fellas from the band to discuss everything from touring together in the past, conspiracy theories, their old records and the new one titled "JESOMET" which as just currently released last February 2021. Some changes have been made to the bands lineup and the music is louder and ruffer in a since. The songs from Halebopp featured on this podcast are from the new record JESOMET.

On this episode Billy and Roger sit down with returning guest from season one, Liz Hale. Liz is the front woman for a local band in Columbia, S.C. called "Brandy and the Butcher." We also are joined by the one and the only Kipp Shives (who by the way is funny as shit.) Kipp is an old school punker who you may know as the frontman for a pretty damn good band called Ghettoblaster. Kipp also is the owner of a restaurant called Granby Grill located right smack in the heart of the neighborhood of Olympia, here in Columbia S.C. He also has a rich history working for other restaurants in our area and is responsible for some major historical punk events here in our city.
During this episode Kipp has plenty of hilarious stories to tell that gives Billy and Roger some major flashbacks of old jobs and punk shows from back in the day. All this is going on while Liz keeps trying to see "if anyone has a question" while getting smashed on white claws.

Plus returning guest Charlie Mclinden shares a number of wild stories while sipping cheap beer. Billy sits down with returning guest from episode 6 Tre Thompson along with some close friends of Tre's, Garrick Turner and Peter Lehman from the the band Les Mary Chevalias. This episode is one of the most interesting episodes yet due to a few of the guests going on a shroomy adventure during the podcast. Talking about everything from outer space, time, politics, and weird boners. Featured songs on this episode by the band are "Anyhow anyway" and "Hot Moms." This episode was so much fun to record so have fun keeping up with the subject matter changing every three minutes as Peter Lehman soothes you into another world with his mysterious style of voice overs while being slightly shroomy.

Billy and Roger sit down with their good friend Tre Thompson. Tre is a well known Dj that is known for his skills under the name Tre Damnit. Tre is a music lover of a wide range of classic tunes, he is a loyal house music vinyl collector, and owns and operates a bar in Sumter, South Carolina. Tre Has been involved in several music scenes in the Columbia area for over 3 decades. Tre also brought whiskey to the podcast and Billy brought a can of air.

A return to the throne for Mr. Chad Alexander. He always has a captains chair at the riot house. Chad is a phenomenal podcaster and is way more better than us at delivering subject matter. He ran a great podcast called "The Local Bar" which was up lifting and did wonders for the community, and was stopped in relation to cancel culture. Chad and his wife also run another podcast together called "Welding a Family" which you can still find out there on all streaming outlets for your favorite podcasts. Chad has a lot to say about cancel culture, the election, music, and as promised he brought some hate mail with him to spice things up a bit. We also had Charlie Mclinden sit in with us to help carry along some good conversation, and his microphone started going bonkers...So have fun listening to that. Charlie is one of the smartest, funniest, talented turds on the planet, and we always enjoy being around the guy. So all around this podcast was a blast to do.
